This is just a design that I did when I was bored...at home...basically I wanted to go for the Bohemian-African type look but with a bit of Chic. There we have high waisted leggings belted at the waist with a white sleeveless shirt. Another color can also be worn. A nice Accessory such as the necklace can esentuate the outfit but yet make it look simple. Pumps, pointed toe shoes will make it look lean and elegant.
